About the Instructor

Heather Fraser is a lifelong innovator and entrepreneur who has held leadership roles in Corporate world (Procter & Gamble), Advertising & Design, Academia (University of Toronto) and innovation coaching. She has developed and advanced the discipline of Business Design for over 20 years, taught thousands of innovators and entrepreneurs around the world, applied this practice to hundreds of businesses, and published the first LinkedIn Learning course on Business Design. Her most recent consolidation of learning is published in the advanced edition of Design Works: A Guide to Creating and Sustaining Value through Business Design.
